A Pretty Girl!

When you look into her eyes, you stare into the soul of a dog that wants nothing more than a home to call her own. Young dogs like Riley are often adopted as quick as they arrive at Little Shelter, but unfortunately Riley has been waiting longer than most. As adopters and visitors walk past Riley's kennel, they often feel a gentle tap on their leg or arm, and they will turn to see Riley looking up at them with her pleading eyes saying 'what about me, don't pass me by!' This lovely young lady keeps her figure trim by watching her diet and would much prefer being rewarded with a toy than a yummy treat. Riley thinks that outdoor activities are a real 'blast'! She loves to run, enjoys a slow stroll, and plays a mean game of fetch. Athletic and sleek, Riley can perform the 'high jump' with ease, and climb Mount Everest in no time at all. Riley truly is an all-round 'sports dog'. Riley is growing tired of waiting for her special someone, and is more ready than she has ever been to make the transition into a loving home! She likes to play and romp with some other dogs but would be best in a home with kids aged 16 and older and would benefit from obedience training.

We spay and neuter all of our animals as soon as is medically possible. The minimal adoption donation paid upon adoption includes all the medical procedures that we have done on the animal being adopted,
including the spaying and neutering.
