A Wonderful Girl!

What can we tell you about Harley except that she is a phenomenal dog! She has been through a lot in her 6 years of life but it hasn't ruined her sunny disposition. Harley was recently rescued from a local town shelter where she quickly became a staff favorite. Harley was hit by a car approximately 5 years ago and never received any veterinary care. She suffered multiple broken bones and must have been in excruciating pain. Without the vet care so desperately needed Harley's bones healed together malformed. Her front leg seems to be the worst and is very bent! We are currently investigating whether surgery is feasible to correct this malformation. Despite everything, Harley is just a bundle of love. She is always ready to greet visitors with her forever waggling butt and loves to give snuggles and kisses. She would do best as an only pet in a home without stairs. She has won the hearts of the Little Shelter staff and we know she will win yours!

We spay and neuter all of our animals as soon as is medically possible. The minimal adoption donation paid upon adoption includes all the medical procedures that we have done on the animal being adopted,
including the spaying and neutering.
