Waiting For You!

Darius arrived at Little Shelter at the tender age of 8 weeks old. Having been badly beaten and suffering from numerous injuries, we knew the road ahead for Darius would not be an easy one. Darius' physical scars healed, and with time, love and patience, his emotional scars have also healed. Darius never fails to amaze us with the progress that he continues to make. The pup that was once scared of everything, now enjoys car rides to McDonalds, hikes in the park, and leisurely strolls along the waterfront. In addition, Darius is known at Little Shelter as the 'universal friend', as this social and playful boy befriends most of the dogs that come into our care. Now at 2 years old, Darius is ready to take the final step - the step of being adopted into a loving family. Darius would do excellently in a home with another dog, however he will also be happy if he was your one and only. He prefers a home without cats, and a home with kids aged 12 and older. Will you give Darius the chance he needs?

We spay and neuter all of our animals as soon as is medically possible. The minimal adoption donation paid upon adoption includes all the medical procedures that we have done on the animal being adopted,
including the spaying and neutering.
