This affectionate handsome fella is waiting for a very special understanding person who can live with his disability. Unfortunately, Tully has a neurological problem with his hind quarters. Although he can walk, run and play, he does have difficulty controlling his rear hip and legs, which makes him unable to control the direction of his urine when using the litter box. Therefore even with a covered box, his urine may at times not be contained within the box.
